Job Description :
•Good Experience in IT and Non IT Contract staffing- and Permanent staffing.
•Good Experience in both IT Recruitment's and US IT Recruitment's
•Good Experience in Job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn
•Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical
•Deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing passive candidates;
•Excellent candidate assessment skills.
•Engaging and responding to followers on social media platforms.
•Facilitating new hire paperwork and training for new employees.
•Managing and mentoring a team by providing onboarding training.
•Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searchers, hiring manager’s interaction
•and other recruiting activities to ensure and safe through audit if require.
•Met with all new hires to explain benefits and guidelines.
•Schedule Interviews and coordinating with the candidates and acting as a bridge between the Hiring
•Managers and the candidates.
•Hired key roles for Global requirements through various indeed internal tools.
•Collecting documents from the candidates to start Offer process & Co-ordinating with the operations team on
•Post Offer Follow Up with the candidates till they On-board/Join us.
•Social Media Marketing.
